芋头600克大葱一段小葱适量植物油适量生抽适量清水适量

小诀窍
1、芋头不要用高压锅煮,否则炒的时候会变成芋头泥;
2、熬葱油务必小火,捞出的葱丝不要扔掉,拌入菜里即可
