家常腐竹
材料
五花肉,腐竹,少许黄酒,少许酱油,葱,姜,蒜末,盐,糖
做法
1、锅先烧热,放勺冷油,烧热后放五花肉肉片,中火煸至边角发黄油基本渗出后,放少许黄酒、少许酱油翻炒后,放葱、姜、蒜末;
2、煸出香味后,放配菜,转大火,略调盐、糖;再放腐竹,翻炒至蔬菜断生即可。
