小贴士这个馒头的面不要和的太软;二次发酵时一定要盖上湿布,表面不会干;蒸好后等两分钟再揭盖是为了防止馒头突然遇冷回缩;做的多的亲等馒头凉透了,放食品袋进冰箱冷冻,吃的时候热一下就和新蒸的一样呢。
